At BoatDaddy Designs, every item is made just for you. Because our products are printed on demand, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Please Double-Check Before Ordering

Before placing your order, please review your selected size, color, design, and shipping information carefully. We cannot accept returns or exchanges due to ordering the wrong size, selecting the wrong color, changing your mind, or other customer ordering errors.

We strongly recommend reviewing the sizing information provided on the product page before ordering apparel.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

While we do not accept returns or exchanges, we want you to receive exactly what you ordered.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect due to a production or fulfillment error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include:

• Your order number

• A brief description of the issue

• Clear photos showing the problem

Once we review the issue, eligible items will be replaced or otherwise resolved at no additional cost to you.

Please Note

Because each BoatDaddy Designs product is made to order, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

• Incorrect size or color ordered

• Change of mind

• Buyer’s remorse

• Items that do not fit as expected when the correct size was fulfilled

• Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
